Cancellation 

To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement via email at info@jonbinbags.com or through the Contact Form, including your order number. We can STOP your parcel before it is transferred to the shipping carrier's airport warehouse — after that point, cancellations can no longer be processed.

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt at your own shipping cost. Contact us at info@jonbinbags.com or via our Contact Form with your order number, and we will provide all necessary return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
